Liligo reserves the right to deny access to the Website or any website accessed via this Website at any moment with no prior notice.

2.1 Through this Website, Liligo offers a search and comparison service of travel products or services available on the travel market and proposed by third companies (hereinafter "Travel Provider(s)") on the basis of the search criterions informed by the User. From these search criterions, Liligo sends your request to several Travel Providers which will be able to offer such travel products or services. Liligo displays in the page of results all the travel products and services found from the Liligo tool and Liligo gives its best to propose the most relevant results. Each result proposed by Liligo is matched with a deep hypertext link referring to the Travel Provider website. By clicking on this link, the User will be redirected on the Travel Provider website, on which the User could book directly for the travel product or service chosen. Liligo does not enter into the contractual relationship relating to the Provider that You purchase, unless expressly indicated as such. Any query or consultation relating to products or services purchased must be directed to the corresponding Travel Provider.

2.2 The term “Travel Provider” includes, as appropriate, airlines, tour operators, online travel agencies, holiday package suppliers, hotels, hotel chains and Hotel Aggregators, and vehicle suppliers. The Travel Providers are totally independent of Liligo. The publication of the Travel Providers' products and services shall not be considered as an affiliation to these companies nor a recommendation to buy their products and services.

2.3 Liligo will assist You in the search of products or services, by providing links for the procurement of said purchases with the Travel Provider/s. This agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of each travel Provider. In order for You to review the terms and conditions of your corresponding Travel Provider, You may contact them directly.

2.4 By using this Website to find products or services to purchase, You authorise Liligo to connect You with the procurement process from the corresponding Travel Provider/s.

2.5 These Terms and Conditions apply to all Liligo websites, mobile applications, email and text messages, and social media accounts (the “Platforms”). When You use our Platforms, You agree to the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

4.1 All the content of this Website (including, but not limited to, trademarks, texts, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio files and software) is owned by Liligo or its content providers and is protected by national and international industrial and intellectual property laws. The compilation (understood as the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content of the Liligo Website is the exclusive property of Liligo and is protected by national and international industrial and intellectual laws. All software used on the Liligo Website or belonging to its software Suppliers is protected by national and international industrial and intellectual laws.

4.2 Any other use of the content on this Website is strictly prohibited, including its total or partial reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, subsequent publication, exhibition and/or representation. In particular, any type of use of the images contained on this Website outside of this Website is strictly prohibited without the express consent of Liligo and/or its suppliers.

5.1 Liligo offers this Website as-is and exercises reasonable skill in respect of its updating, maintenance and functioning. However, it makes no guarantees as regards technical faults, service infallibility, or that the system or portal will function at all times.

5.2 Liligo publishes on its Website information about the different products and services provided and offered by third parties, notably the Travel Providers and it can make no representations about the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and updating of the data contained in such offers. Some of the information is stored in cache from time to time, and will only be verified with real time information at the time of the booking confirmation.

5.3 Liligo limitation of liability shall be in accordance with the current applicable legislation. Liligo cannot be liable by the provision of the Travel Providers' products and services. You acknowledge that Liligo does not control the Travel Providers' websites and that Liligo cannot be responsible for the disclaimers, the content, the advertisements, the available products and services on or from their websites.

5.4 If, due to reasons of force majeure (including, but not limited to, political, economic or unstable disorder that affects safety), there are deficiencies with reservations, confirmations and/or execution of any trips or services purchased through Liligo due to unexpected circumstances that Liligo cannot resolve, or even if it were impossible to comply with any of the agreed provisions, Liligo exempt from any derived legal responsibilities arising from such deficiencies or non-compliance.

6.1 This Website may contain links to other Websites that are not managed by Liligo, and which are included for reference purposes only. Liligo does not exercise any control over these Websites nor is it responsible for their content.
